RETURN PROCEDURE (IF ANY)
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
- The shipment is damaged in transit
- The address given is incorrect. Always check your address before placing the order
- Nobody is available to accept the delivery even after multiple attempts by courier partner
- Due to local and regional lockdowns, our courier partner’s ability to deliver the shipment is impacted in affected areas.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customer can cancel their order anytime up to the cut-off time that is before the order has been dispatched either by calling us or it can be cancelled by going to order details page under My Account section and click on Cancel Button. In such a case, we will refund the payments already made by you for the order.
** We reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
REFUND
If there is any refund, then it will be issued to the original payment method or to your bank account. For Cash on Delivery orders customers are required to provide bank details where refund can be done. Refunds will not be processed in the cash.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
Note: this entire process may take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS:
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms at any given time on the Site and check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to the Terms are effective when they are posted by us on this page. In the event the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Services. However, if you continue to use the Services you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms of the Site.
